Promo NFT Rewards

At the end of the bootstrap, the amount of ETH used for all purchases converts to points at a rate of one point per ETH. These points can be used to redeem promo NFTs that will only be available for a short period of time following the sale. This applies only to those who hold all of their CDL purchases after the sale concludes until the NFTs redeem window is closed. Badges do not cost points, they simply have a points threshold. The bronze badge has a points threshold of 0, which means any purchase size in the sale is enough to claim this badge.

Pre-Seed Sale

Our pre-seed sale will be used to fund the aggressive growth of the majors and allow the protocol to attract some of the best in the industry. They were offered 500,000 SHKs at $0.1 each. Because early-stage investors are taking the highest risk, they should be rewarded with the lowest price. All tokens will be sold in this round in a matter of days.

Seed Sale

The seed sale has been used to expedite the process of hiring new employees, audits, listings and all other cumulative expenses. The seed sale will begin on April 10 and will continue for a period of time. All 1,500,000 SHKs will be distributed at $0.1 USD.

Specification Overview

There are two major components of the new governance system:

The Shadow Knight Council will consist of nominees who are voted in by the $SHK token holders, enabling the influence of community representatives who are able to debate and distill technical changes while also not directly providing large $SHK holders a disproportionate voting weight in the outcome of proposals.

Shadow Knight Proposals (changes in the protocol via ICCPs and IIPs) which are submitted to the IIP’s Github repository and will be posted on the Shadow Knight Proposal space. Proposals must reach a supermajority agreement to be enacted.
